I just found a video contrasting Bush's debating skills in 1994 with those of the present. The video's conclusion that Bush suffers from some sort of degenerative illness is laughable, but the video still provides an interesting study in contrast.

to what do you attribute the differences? Do you think he has been "hitting the sauce" as one of the comments suggest? Or do you think that he is totally lost? Or do you think that his advisers and handlers have told him to "act" this way? Could he be thinking?!!!?!!
I meant it as a reinforcement of the points I made in my last posting. Bush is sharper than he lets on.
